Fall

This time of year is one of my favorites. The air is crisp, colors abound and the humidity lightens up a bit. Perhaps you’ve even seen some memes involving Fall colors stating that change is beautiful, implying that you, too, can change and it will be beautiful. The changes trees go through each year are predictable and for the survival of each individual tree.

Perhaps you’ve fallen into some predictable cycles, too, that at one point were for your own survival, but no longer serve the same purpose, and now, hold you back from living your best.

I want to challenge you to break your predictable and limiting cycles and instead go through a metamorphosis and create something that better meets your needs now, letting go of what no longer serves you, and not only survive, but thrive in your current situation. I can help.
