Q: What types of services do you offer?
A: I currently offer three services: Individual wellness coaching, diabetes prevention and cannabis coaching. All are conducted over the phone, unless you are local and want to meet in person. I currently coach clients throughout the country.
Wellness coaching is for anyone wanting to improve the quality of their life, such as feeling better, moving easier, sleeping better, improving stress management or increasing energy. I’ve coached around work stress, parenting stress, time management, establishing routines and creating and breaking habits. I’ve also supported others as they change eating habits and physical activity levels. I assure you that what we create together will be REALISTIC and SUSTAINABLE.
Diabetes prevention is for those who want to reduce their risks of developing Type II diabetes. You don’t have to be prediabetic to benefit from this program; you just have to be committed to reducing your risks.
Cannabis coaching is for those who are curious and need some support in using cannabis to improve the quality of their life and/or manage specific symptoms.
Q: What if you don’t coach in the areas in which I want coaching?
A: Still reach out to me. You might be surprised at what we can do together. If I don’t feel comfortable addressing your specific needs, I’ll let you know and do my best to find you a coach who can.
Q: I’m interested in coaching, but I think you know me too well to be my coach.
A: This is completely understandable. Honestly, I’m most comfortable coaching those I don’t know too much about. However, if you’re interested in coaching, please reach out. We can discuss what you’re looking for (in as much or as little detail as you’re comfortable) and I can help connect you to another highly-qualified coach.
